THE LAWYERS

Anthony D Preston LLM – has been in practice since1978. He deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious commercial property matters and acts for many major corporations, pension funds, developers and investors as well as private individuals. He also specializes in high profile matrimonial matters.

David Pearl BA (Hons) LLM – has been in practice since 1987, and is also qualified as an attorney in the State of New York, USA. He has extensive experience of both commercial and residential conveyancing, wills, probate, trusts and tax matters.

THE EXPERTISE

Commercial conveyancing – the grant of a new lease, acquisition or assignment of an existing lease or the purchase or sale of a major property investment are routinely undertaken to ensure your business or investment requirements are met.

Commercial disputes – breaches of contract, claims for damages and injunctions, sale of goods, fraud, nuisance and negligence are the backbone of our litigation department, with all types of High Court and County Court work being undertaken.

Landlord and Tenant – be it residential or commercial property we will steer you through the minefield of potential problems and ensure your goal is always reached. We are actively involved in the collection of rent, resolving service charge disputes, possession actions, rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidation claims, breaches of covenant, and boundary disputes

Matrimonial problems – sadly there is much divorce these days, with arguments over money, possessions and children. We adopt a conciliatory approach to these sensitive issues but will never shy away from taking a tough stance in the appropriate circumstance.
